A practical programme for non-technical teams
No jargon and no technical prerequisites: the programme is designed for business teams, managers, HR and L&D functions in banks, insurers and asset managers.
- Understand AI: what generative AI tools really do, and where they fall short.
- Use ChatGPT and Copilot securely: permitted uses, good habits, mistakes to avoid.
- Know what can and cannot be shared: client data, confidential information, professional secrecy.
- Recognise the risks: plausible errors, bias, data leakage, over-reliance.
- Follow internal rules: company usage policy, validation, traceability.
- Understand AI Act responsibilities: what the regulation expects of the organisation and of the people who use AI.
What Article 4 of the AI Act says
Article 4 of the AI Act asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their teams, taking into account the context of use and the people affected. It does not set a level to be guaranteed, and no certificate is required: an organisation can document its training and initiatives internally. The rule changed in 2026; we adapt the content to the version in force at the time of the session.
Evidence Pack: documenting the work done
Each session can come with a file of evidence for the company: an attendance record, a knowledge check, a training record and the programme delivered. These elements document the training carried out. They are neither an official certification nor a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Going further
For Risk and Compliance teams, an AI governance workshop; for the Executive Committee and Board, an Executive Briefing.
